Utility Assistance

We aim to help you keep vital services when an emergency or difficulty results in current or upcoming service disconnections. If you are without electricity, gas, or water or have received a disconnection notice, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Our Lady of Guadalupe Conference – Helotes, TX, might be able to help.
To receive assistance, you must live within our Conference area. Please call us at 210-695-5683 or email us at svdph@att.net to find out if you are eligible for emergency utility assistance.
