Society of St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Texas Council – Family and Community Assistance Program

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul operates the Family and Community Assistance Program in order to assist community members who find themselves in financial difficulty. Limited financial assistance is provided for expenses such as rent. At this time Family and Community Assistance is not offering utility bill assistance.  Our goal is to ensure you remain in your home.  Through our Referral Program, we can also provide assistance to connect you to a variety of agencies to help your family. Please note, this program is limited to very low-income individuals as outlined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
