City of San Antonio – Rental Assistance Program

The Housing Assistance Program (HAP)* provides financial assistance to renters experiencing emergency hardships from COVID-19 and to keep families in their homes. HAP has two components to help with emergency housing needs: rental assistance and relocation assistance for qualified households facing housing instability.
