Texas Utility Help accepting applications for utility assistance

Texas Utility Help, administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, is a program that provides eligible households with financial payments made directly to the utility company on the household’s behalf. This program is available to renters and homeowners and is also now paying past-due and future water and wastewater bills through September 30, 2023.
